FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter and competition partner

1.1 The promoter is Activ8Kids Ltd, trading as Activ8Kids, of  (“Activ8Kids” or “the Promoter”).

1.2 The competition partner and main prize supplier is Constructiv Clothing (“Constructiv Clothing”).

1.3 The competition is called Activ8Kits.

1.4 Activ8Kids is responsible for administering the competition. Constructiv Clothing will support the design, production and supply of the winning team kit.

1.5 The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

  1. Acceptance of these terms

2.1 By entering, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2.2 Entrants must meet all eligibility and entry requirements.

2.3 These terms will remain available here throughout the competition.

2.4 The Promoter may only amend these terms where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control or to correct an obvious error. Any material change will be communicated through the original competition post and must not unfairly disadvantage valid entrants.

  1. Competition period

3.1 The competition opens at 18:00 on 07 July 2026.

3.2 The competition closes at 11.59 pm BST on 31 July 2026.

3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3.4 The date and time recorded by the relevant social media platform will determine when an entry was received.

  1. Eligibility

4.1 Entry is open to people aged 18 or over who are resident within Mid Wales, Powys or Shropshire.

4.2 The nominated team must:

a. be a genuine junior sports team

b. compete within an U16 age category or younger

c. be based within 1 hour of Newtown Powys.

d. consist only of junior players who are eligible for the relevant age category

e. be able to accept and use the sponsored kit in accordance with these terms

f. be able to obtain any required club, league, governing body or competition approvals

4.3 No adult, open-age, university or commercial representative team is eligible.

4.4 The entrant must have permission from an authorised representative of the nominated team to submit the nomination and provide information about the team.

4.5 Employees, workers, contractors and immediate family members of Activ8Kids, Constructiv Clothing or anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter.

4.6 Only one entry per person is permitted across all participating Facebook and Instagram posts.

4.7 A team may be nominated by more than one eligible person. The number of nominations received will not increase the team’s likelihood of winning. Entries will be assessed on their content and the published judging criteria.

4.8 A nominated team may receive no more than one competition prize.

4.9 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to enter beyond the entrant’s normal internet or mobile data costs.

  1. How to enter

5.1 To submit a valid entry, the entrant must complete all of the following before the closing time:

a. like or follow the official Activ8Kids social media page

b. like or follow the official Constructiv Clothing social media page

c. comment on the original competition post with the name of the nominated junior team

d. provide a short and genuine reason explaining why the team should win

e. tag the nominated team’s genuine official social media page where one exists

5.2 Entrants must not tag an unrelated team, individual or account.

5.3 Entries must be posted as a comment on an original Activ8Kids competition post on a participating Facebook or Instagram account.

5.4 Comments made on shared copies, screenshots, third-party posts or unrelated posts will not be treated as valid entries.

5.5 An entrant may be asked to provide reasonable evidence that they followed both official pages and met the entry requirements.

5.6 An entry that is deleted, hidden or unavailable when judging takes place may not be considered.

  1. Invalid entries

6.1 The Promoter may reject or disqualify an entry that is:

a. incomplete or submitted late

b. false, misleading or unverifiable

c. submitted through multiple or false accounts

d. generated or submitted automatically

e. copied from another entrant

f. offensive, discriminatory, abusive or defamatory

g. unlawful or in breach of another person’s rights

h. intended to manipulate the judging process

i. submitted without the nominated team’s permission

j. in breach of these terms or the relevant platform rules

6.2 The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of an entrant’s age, identity, location and authority to nominate the team.

6.3 Failure to provide requested evidence within a reasonable period may result in disqualification.

  1. Judging process

7.1 This is a judged competition and not a random prize draw.

7.2 Entries will be considered against the following criteria:

a. the strength and relevance of the reason provided

b. the likely benefit of the prize to the nominated junior team

c. the team’s positive contribution to children, sport or its local community

d. the clarity, sincerity and authenticity of the entry

7.3 The number of likes, reactions, comments, shares or nominations received will not form part of the judging criteria.

7.4 Judging will be carried out by a panel that includes at least one demonstrably independent and suitably competent judge.

7.5 The full name of the independent judge will be made available on request.

7.6 The judges may create a shortlist and request further information from shortlisted entrants or nominated teams.

7.7 The judges’ decision on scoring and selection is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the merits of individual entries, except where needed to administer the competition or investigate a complaint.

7.8 The Promoter may reject a shortlisted entry if the team’s eligibility, circumstances or claims cannot be verified.

7.9 If two or more entries are assessed as equally strong, the independent judge will determine which entry best meets the published criteria.

  1. Prizes

8.1 There are three prizes:

a. one main prize

b. two separate runner-up prizes

8.2 The main prize is one sponsored junior squad playing kit supplied by Constructiv Clothing, with a maximum standard retail value of £500, including VAT where applicable.

8.3 The main prize includes up to 14 individual kits inclusive of shirts, shorts and socks or equivalent.

8.4 Each runner-up prize consists of:

a. one sports equipment bundle with a standard retail value of £100

b. two single-day child passes to an Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports camp

8.5 Each prize will be awarded to the nominated junior team, rather than to the entrant personally.

8.6 The prizes have no cash value to the winners and no cash alternative is available.

8.7 No prize may be sold, exchanged, transferred, assigned, auctioned or redeemed for money.

8.8 A prize cannot be redirected to another team without the Promoter’s prior written approval.

  1. Main kit value and specification

9.1 The main kit prize is limited to a maximum retail value of £500, calculated using Constructiv Clothing’s applicable standard retail prices.

9.2 The £500 maximum includes all approved garments, sponsor branding, printing, embroidery, numbers, names, badges, artwork preparation and personalisation unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

9.3 The exact quantity and type of garments available within the £500 limit will depend on:

a. garment choice

b. available sizes

c. kit design

d. printing or embroidery requirements

e. personalisation

f. badges, names and numbers

g. production and artwork costs

9.4 The winning team may select items up to the £500 maximum in consultation with Constructiv Clothing and Activ8Kids.

9.5 If the selected order exceeds £500, the winning team may choose to:

a. amend the order so that it falls within the prize value

b. pay the additional amount before production begins, subject to a separate agreement with Constructiv Clothing

9.6 Any payment made for additional products or services will be governed by Constructiv Clothing’s applicable sales terms and the team’s statutory rights.

9.7 If the final order is worth less than £500, the remaining balance:

a. has no cash value

b. will not be refunded

c. will not be credited

d. cannot be transferred to another order

e. cannot be carried forward

9.8 Garments, products, colours and sizes remain subject to availability.

9.9 Where a selected product is unavailable, Constructiv Clothing may offer a reasonably equivalent alternative.

9.10 The Promoter may substitute a prize or component with one of reasonably equivalent value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

  1. Kit design and approval

10.1 The winning team must appoint an authorised adult representative to manage the kit process.

10.2 The representative must provide accurate:

a. garment sizes

b. player numbers where applicable

c. team and club details

d. badge and crest artwork

e. spelling and colour information

f. permissions and approvals

g. delivery information

10.3 The winning team is responsible for checking and approving all sizes, numbers, colours, artwork, layouts and spelling before production.

10.4 Production will not begin until Activ8Kids, Constructiv Clothing and the authorised team representative have approved the final artwork.

10.5 Once the authorised team representative has approved the artwork and order information, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not be responsible for errors contained within the approved information.

10.6 No refund, credit or replacement will be provided because the winning team supplied an incorrect size, name, number, spelling, colour, logo or other approved detail.

10.7 This does not affect any legal right relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced goods.

10.8 The winning team is responsible for obtaining any approval required by its club, league, school, association, facility or sport governing body.

10.9 If the team cannot obtain permission to use the sponsored kit, the Promoter may withdraw the award and select another winner using the original judging criteria.

  1. Sponsorship and branding

11.1 The main prize is a sponsored junior playing kit.

11.2 Activ8Kids will be the title sponsor of the supplied kit.

11.3 Constructiv Clothing will be the secondary sponsor and official kit supplier.

11.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will determine the placement, size, colour, production method and positioning of their branding at their reasonable discretion.

11.5 The winning team must accept the approved sponsor branding as a condition of receiving the kit.

11.6 The supplied kit must display the approved Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing branding throughout its active use.

11.7 “Active use” means the period beginning when the kit is delivered and ending when the kit is permanently retired because of reasonable wear, damage, replacement or the team ceasing to operate.

11.8 No other commercial sponsor logo, branding or promotional message may be added to the supplied kit.

11.9 The winning team must not:

a. remove, conceal, cover, alter or recolour either sponsor’s branding

b. print, embroider or apply anything over either sponsor’s branding

c. add another commercial sponsor

d. permit another business or organisation to rebrand the kit

e. sell, transfer, auction or commercially exploit the kit

f. use the kit to promote a competing children’s activity provider or competing clothing supplier

11.10 A team or club crest, team name, player number or player name may be included where approved in writing before production.

11.11 A standard garment manufacturer mark may remain where it forms part of the selected product.

11.12 League, governing body or mandatory competition marks may be added only with the prior written agreement of Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing.

  1. Brand conduct

12.1 The winning team must take reasonable steps to protect the reputation and integrity of Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing while using the sponsored kit.

12.2 The kit must not knowingly be used in connection with:

a. unlawful activity

b. discriminatory, abusive or hateful conduct

c. harassment or bullying

d. fraudulent or misleading activity

e. serious misconduct that creates a clear and demonstrable risk of reputational harm to either sponsor

f. political campaigning without the prior written approval of both sponsors

12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents fair comment, a legitimate complaint, whistleblowing or lawful criticism.

12.4 Where a serious breach occurs, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing may require the team to stop using the supplied kit until the issue has been investigated or resolved.

12.5 Any action taken under this clause must be reasonable and proportionate.

  1. Team authority and safeguarding

13.1 No child may personally accept the prize or enter into the kit sponsorship arrangement.

13.2 Before production begins, the winning team must appoint an authorised adult representative who can:

a. accept the prize on behalf of the team

b. approve the design and sponsor placements

c. provide sizing and team information

d. obtain club and league approvals

e. obtain required parent or guardian permissions

f. act as the main contact during production and delivery

13.3 The team must not provide unnecessary personal information about children.

13.4 Any use of a child’s identifiable photograph, video, full name or personal information requires appropriate permission from the parent or legal guardian.

  1. Runner-up equipment bundle

14.1 One nominated teams will each receive one sports equipment bundle with a standard retail value of £100.

14.2 The equipment bundle will contain a selection of age-appropriate sports equipment chosen by Activ8Kids, subject to availability.

14.3 The equipment bundle cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or substituted at the winner’s request.

14.4 Where an advertised item becomes unavailable, Activ8Kids may provide a reasonably equivalent replacement.

  1. Summer 2026 camp passes

15.1 Each runner-up team will receive two single-day child passes.

15.2 Each pass is valid for one eligible child to attend one eligible day at an Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports camp.

15.3 The passes may be used at an available Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports venue chosen by the runner-up team.

15.4 The passes cannot be used for a camp, club or activity organised by another provider.

15.5 Places remain subject to:

a. availability

b. venue capacity

c. the child meeting the published age criteria

d. the normal Activ8Kids booking terms

e. registration and safeguarding requirements

f. the provision of relevant emergency, medical and collection information

15.6 The runner-up team’s authorised adult representative must allocate the passes to eligible children associated with the team when booking.

15.7 Once allocated and booked, a pass cannot be transferred to another child without Activ8Kids’ prior written approval.

15.8 The two passes may be used by two eligible children for one day each or by one eligible child on two separate eligible days, subject to availability.

15.9 The passes must be booked in advance and used during the Activ8Kids Summer 2026 programme.

15.10 The passes expire at the end of the Summer 2026 programme.

15.11 The passes:

a. cannot be exchanged for cash

b. cannot be sold

c. cannot be carried forward

d. cannot be used during another school holiday period

e. cannot be used retrospectively

15.12 If the preferred venue or date is full, Activ8Kids may offer another available Summer 2026 venue or date.

15.13 The passes do not include transport, food, clothing or any other associated cost.

  1. Winner notification

16.1 The main winner and two runners-up will be contacted within 10 working days after the closing date.

16.2 Contact will be made by:

a. replying to the winning entry

b. direct message from an official Activ8Kids account

c. another contact method provided during verification

16.3 Entrants should check their social media message requests after the closing date.

16.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not ask for bank details or payment as a condition of releasing a prize.

16.5 A potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the initial notification.

16.6 The potential winner must provide any reasonably requested eligibility and authority information.

16.7 Failure to respond, verify eligibility, accept the sponsorship conditions or provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

16.8 If a prize is forfeited, the Promoter may award it to another entry selected using the original judging criteria.

16.9 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each potential winner but is not required to make unlimited attempts.

  1. Prize delivery and timescales

17.1 Kit production cannot begin until all sizing, artwork, sponsor placement, approvals and required information have been completed.

17.2 The estimated production and delivery period is up to 30 days after final artwork and order approval.

17.3 Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, manufacturing delays and events outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or supplier.

17.4 The winning team will be informed of any significant delay.

17.5 Delivery is included to Constructiv Clothing Head Office Newtown.

17.6 The equipment bundles will normally be supplied within 30 days after runner-up verification.

  1. Winner announcement

18.1 The Promoter may announce:

a. the name of each winning team

b. the team’s county or general location

c. the winning nomination or an edited extract from it

18.2 Winners may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced.

18.3 The Promoter may still provide winner information privately to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

18.4 The Promoter may ask a winning team to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition and prize presentation.

18.5 Participation in publicity is voluntary unless a specific requirement was clearly stated before entry.

18.6 Photographs, videos or identifiable information relating to children will not be published without appropriate permission.

  1. Personal data

19.1 Activ8Kids will use personal data collected through the competition to:

a. administer entries

b. verify eligibility

c. contact potential winners

d. arrange and fulfil prizes

e. manage complaints

f. demonstrate that prizes were properly awarded

g. comply with legal and regulatory obligations

19.2 Activ8Kids’ lawful basis for processing entry data is .

19.3 Personal data may be shared with Constructiv Clothing and relevant service providers only where reasonably necessary to administer the competition or fulfil a prize.

19.4 The parties’ data protection roles are ACTIV8KIDS AND CONSTRUCTIV CLOTHING

19.5 Entry into the competition does not provide consent for Activ8Kids or Constructiv Clothing to send future marketing.

19.6 An entrant will only receive future electronic marketing where a separate valid marketing permission exists.

19.7 Personal data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for competition administration, legal obligations and complaint handling.

19.8 Entrants can exercise their data protection rights by contacting info@activ8kids.co.uk.

19.9 Activ8Kids’ privacy notice is available at activ8kids.co.uk

19.10 Entrants should not post a child’s full name, address, contact information, medical information or other sensitive information within a public competition comment.

  1. Facebook and Instagram

20.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

20.2 By entering, each participant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from responsibility arising from the administration of this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

20.3 Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for:

a. administering the competition

b. selecting winners

c. supplying prizes

d. responding to complaints

20.4 Entrants must comply with the terms and community rules of the platform used.

20.5 Entrants must not falsely tag themselves, another person or an unrelated organisation.

20.6 Entries may be affected by outages, account restrictions or technical failures outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual property

21.1 Entrants retain ownership of the original content contained within their entry.

21.2 By entering, each entrant grants Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, review and publish their entry for:

a. judging

b. competition administration

c. winner announcements

d. reasonable promotion of the competition results

21.3 Entrants must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

21.4 The entrant must have permission to use any team or club information submitted.

21.5 The Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing names, logos and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

21.6 No ownership or wider licence to use either brand is granted to an entrant or winning team.

  1. Liability

22.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

a. death or personal injury caused by negligence

b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

c. any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

22.2 Subject to clause 22.1, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not be responsible for:

a. indirect, consequential or unforeseeable loss

b. entries that are lost, delayed, deleted, corrupted or not received because of a platform, network, software, account or device failure

c. inaccurate information provided by an entrant or team

d. loss caused by failure to follow instructions or meet deadlines

e. incorrect kit details approved by the winning team

f. a team’s failure to obtain club, league or governing body approval

g. a preferred camp date or venue being unavailable

22.3 Entrants remain responsible for their own internet, device and participation costs.

22.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will take reasonable care when administering the competition and supplying the prizes.

  1. Suspension, amendment or cancellation

23.1 The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the competition where fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, legal requirements or events outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

23.2 Any decision to suspend, amend or cancel the competition must be reasonable and must not unfairly disadvantage valid entrants.

23.3 Material changes will be communicated through the original competition post and, where appropriate, the Activ8Kids website.

23.4 The Promoter will not change the closing date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

  1. Conduct and disqualification

24.1 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant or team that:

a. breaches these terms

b. provides false information

c. attempts to manipulate the competition

d. uses automated or multiple accounts

e. harasses another entrant, judge, team, employee or partner

f. publishes unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or offensive content

g. infringes intellectual property rights

h. breaches platform rules

i. acts fraudulently or dishonestly

j. seriously damages the fair administration or integrity of the competition

24.2 Disqualification will be proportionate and based on reasonable evidence.

  1. Complaints

25.1 Questions or complaints about the competition should be sent to:

25.2 The Promoter will aim to acknowledge complaints within 30 working days.

25.3 A complaint about the judging outcome will not result in reassessment unless there is reasonable evidence that the published process was not followed.

  1. Governing law

26.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

26.2 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights an entrant may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

26.3 These terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights.

8.3 The main prize includes up to 14 individual kits inclusive of shirts, shorts and socks or equivalent.

8.4 Each runner-up prize consists of:

a. one sports equipment bundle with a standard retail value of £100

b. two single-day child passes to an Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports camp

8.5 Each prize will be awarded to the nominated junior team, rather than to the entrant personally.

8.6 The prizes have no cash value to the winners and no cash alternative is available.

8.7 No prize may be sold, exchanged, transferred, assigned, auctioned or redeemed for money.

8.8 A prize cannot be redirected to another team without the Promoter’s prior written approval.

  1. Main kit value and specification

9.1 The main kit prize is limited to a maximum retail value of £500, calculated using Constructiv Clothing’s applicable standard retail prices.

9.2 The £500 maximum includes all approved garments, sponsor branding, printing, embroidery, numbers, names, badges, artwork preparation and personalisation unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

9.3 The exact quantity and type of garments available within the £500 limit will depend on:

a. garment choice

b. available sizes

c. kit design

d. printing or embroidery requirements

e. personalisation

f. badges, names and numbers

g. production and artwork costs

9.4 The winning team may select items up to the £500 maximum in consultation with Constructiv Clothing and Activ8Kids.

9.5 If the selected order exceeds £500, the winning team may choose to:

a. amend the order so that it falls within the prize value

b. pay the additional amount before production begins, subject to a separate agreement with Constructiv Clothing

9.6 Any payment made for additional products or services will be governed by Constructiv Clothing’s applicable sales terms and the team’s statutory rights.

9.7 If the final order is worth less than £500, the remaining balance:

a. has no cash value

b. will not be refunded

c. will not be credited

d. cannot be transferred to another order

e. cannot be carried forward

9.8 Garments, products, colours and sizes remain subject to availability.

9.9 Where a selected product is unavailable, Constructiv Clothing may offer a reasonably equivalent alternative.

9.10 The Promoter may substitute a prize or component with one of reasonably equivalent value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

  1. Kit design and approval

10.1 The winning team must appoint an authorised adult representative to manage the kit process.

10.2 The representative must provide accurate:

a. garment sizes

b. player numbers where applicable

c. team and club details

d. badge and crest artwork

e. spelling and colour information

f. permissions and approvals

g. delivery information

10.3 The winning team is responsible for checking and approving all sizes, numbers, colours, artwork, layouts and spelling before production.

10.4 Production will not begin until Activ8Kids, Constructiv Clothing and the authorised team representative have approved the final artwork.

10.5 Once the authorised team representative has approved the artwork and order information, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not be responsible for errors contained within the approved information.

10.6 No refund, credit or replacement will be provided because the winning team supplied an incorrect size, name, number, spelling, colour, logo or other approved detail.

10.7 This does not affect any legal right relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced goods.

10.8 The winning team is responsible for obtaining any approval required by its club, league, school, association, facility or sport governing body.

10.9 If the team cannot obtain permission to use the sponsored kit, the Promoter may withdraw the award and select another winner using the original judging criteria.

  1. Sponsorship and branding

11.1 The main prize is a sponsored junior playing kit.

11.2 Activ8Kids will be the title sponsor of the supplied kit.

11.3 Constructiv Clothing will be the secondary sponsor and official kit supplier.

11.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will determine the placement, size, colour, production method and positioning of their branding at their reasonable discretion.

11.5 The winning team must accept the approved sponsor branding as a condition of receiving the kit.

11.6 The supplied kit must display the approved Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing branding throughout its active use.

11.7 “Active use” means the period beginning when the kit is delivered and ending when the kit is permanently retired because of reasonable wear, damage, replacement or the team ceasing to operate.

11.8 No other commercial sponsor logo, branding or promotional message may be added to the supplied kit.

11.9 The winning team must not:

a. remove, conceal, cover, alter or recolour either sponsor’s branding

b. print, embroider or apply anything over either sponsor’s branding

c. add another commercial sponsor

d. permit another business or organisation to rebrand the kit

e. sell, transfer, auction or commercially exploit the kit

f. use the kit to promote a competing children’s activity provider or competing clothing supplier

11.10 A team or club crest, team name, player number or player name may be included where approved in writing before production.

11.11 A standard garment manufacturer mark may remain where it forms part of the selected product.

11.12 League, governing body or mandatory competition marks may be added only with the prior written agreement of Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing.

  1. Brand conduct

12.1 The winning team must take reasonable steps to protect the reputation and integrity of Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing while using the sponsored kit.

12.2 The kit must not knowingly be used in connection with:

a. unlawful activity

b. discriminatory, abusive or hateful conduct

c. harassment or bullying

d. fraudulent or misleading activity

e. serious misconduct that creates a clear and demonstrable risk of reputational harm to either sponsor

f. political campaigning without the prior written approval of both sponsors

12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents fair comment, a legitimate complaint, whistleblowing or lawful criticism.

12.4 Where a serious breach occurs, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing may require the team to stop using the supplied kit until the issue has been investigated or resolved.

12.5 Any action taken under this clause must be reasonable and proportionate.

  1. Team authority and safeguarding

13.1 No child may personally accept the prize or enter into the kit sponsorship arrangement.

13.2 Before production begins, the winning team must appoint an authorised adult representative who can:

a. accept the prize on behalf of the team

b. approve the design and sponsor placements

c. provide sizing and team information

d. obtain club and league approvals

e. obtain required parent or guardian permissions

f. act as the main contact during production and delivery

13.3 The team must not provide unnecessary personal information about children.

13.4 Any use of a child’s identifiable photograph, video, full name or personal information requires appropriate permission from the parent or legal guardian.

  1. Runner-up equipment bundle

14.1 One nominated teams will each receive one sports equipment bundle with a standard retail value of £100.

14.2 The equipment bundle will contain a selection of age-appropriate sports equipment chosen by Activ8Kids, subject to availability.

14.3 The equipment bundle cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or substituted at the winner’s request.

14.4 Where an advertised item becomes unavailable, Activ8Kids may provide a reasonably equivalent replacement.

  1. Summer 2026 camp passes

15.1 Each runner-up team will receive two single-day child passes.

15.2 Each pass is valid for one eligible child to attend one eligible day at an Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports camp.

15.3 The passes may be used at an available Activ8Kids-organised Summer 2026 MultiSports venue chosen by the runner-up team.

15.4 The passes cannot be used for a camp, club or activity organised by another provider.

15.5 Places remain subject to:

a. availability

b. venue capacity

c. the child meeting the published age criteria

d. the normal Activ8Kids booking terms

e. registration and safeguarding requirements

f. the provision of relevant emergency, medical and collection information

15.6 The runner-up team’s authorised adult representative must allocate the passes to eligible children associated with the team when booking.

15.7 Once allocated and booked, a pass cannot be transferred to another child without Activ8Kids’ prior written approval.

15.8 The two passes may be used by two eligible children for one day each or by one eligible child on two separate eligible days, subject to availability.

15.9 The passes must be booked in advance and used during the Activ8Kids Summer 2026 programme.

15.10 The passes expire at the end of the Summer 2026 programme.

15.11 The passes:

a. cannot be exchanged for cash

b. cannot be sold

c. cannot be carried forward

d. cannot be used during another school holiday period

e. cannot be used retrospectively

15.12 If the preferred venue or date is full, Activ8Kids may offer another available Summer 2026 venue or date.

15.13 The passes do not include transport, food, clothing or any other associated cost.

  1. Winner notification

16.1 The main winner and two runners-up will be contacted within 10 working days after the closing date.

16.2 Contact will be made by:

a. replying to the winning entry

b. direct message from an official Activ8Kids account

c. another contact method provided during verification

16.3 Entrants should check their social media message requests after the closing date.

16.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not ask for bank details or payment as a condition of releasing a prize.

16.5 A potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the initial notification.

16.6 The potential winner must provide any reasonably requested eligibility and authority information.

16.7 Failure to respond, verify eligibility, accept the sponsorship conditions or provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

16.8 If a prize is forfeited, the Promoter may award it to another entry selected using the original judging criteria.

16.9 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each potential winner but is not required to make unlimited attempts.

  1. Prize delivery and timescales

17.1 Kit production cannot begin until all sizing, artwork, sponsor placement, approvals and required information have been completed.

17.2 The estimated production and delivery period is up to 30 days after final artwork and order approval.

17.3 Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, manufacturing delays and events outside the reasonable control of the Promoter or supplier.

17.4 The winning team will be informed of any significant delay.

17.5 Delivery is included to Constructiv Clothing Head Office Newtown.

17.6 The equipment bundles will normally be supplied within 30 days after runner-up verification.

  1. Winner announcement

18.1 The Promoter may announce:

a. the name of each winning team

b. the team’s county or general location

c. the winning nomination or an edited extract from it

18.2 Winners may object to publication or request that the amount of information published is reduced.

18.3 The Promoter may still provide winner information privately to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

18.4 The Promoter may ask a winning team to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition and prize presentation.

18.5 Participation in publicity is voluntary unless a specific requirement was clearly stated before entry.

18.6 Photographs, videos or identifiable information relating to children will not be published without appropriate permission.

19.1 Activ8Kids will use personal data collected through the competition to:

a. administer entries

b. verify eligibility

c. contact potential winners

d. arrange and fulfil prizes

e. manage complaints

f. demonstrate that prizes were properly awarded

g. comply with legal and regulatory obligations

19.2 Activ8Kids’ lawful basis for processing entry data is .

19.3 Personal data may be shared with Constructiv Clothing and relevant service providers only where reasonably necessary to administer the competition or fulfil a prize.

19.4 The parties’ data protection roles are ACTIV8KIDS AND CONSTRUCTIV CLOTHING

19.5 Entry into the competition does not provide consent for Activ8Kids or Constructiv Clothing to send future marketing.

19.6 An entrant will only receive future electronic marketing where a separate valid marketing permission exists.

19.7 Personal data will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for competition administration, legal obligations and complaint handling.

19.10 Entrants should not post a child’s full name, address, contact information, medical information or other sensitive information within a public competition comment.

20.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

20.2 By entering, each participant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from responsibility arising from the administration of this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

20.3 Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for:

a. administering the competition

b. selecting winners

c. supplying prizes

d. responding to complaints

20.4 Entrants must comply with the terms and community rules of the platform used.

20.5 Entrants must not falsely tag themselves, another person or an unrelated organisation.

20.6 Entries may be affected by outages, account restrictions or technical failures outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual property

21.1 Entrants retain ownership of the original content contained within their entry.

21.2 By entering, each entrant grants Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, review and publish their entry for:

a. judging

b. competition administration

c. winner announcements

d. reasonable promotion of the competition results

21.3 Entrants must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

21.4 The entrant must have permission to use any team or club information submitted.

21.5 The Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing names, logos and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.

21.6 No ownership or wider licence to use either brand is granted to an entrant or winning team.

  1. Liability

22.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

a. death or personal injury caused by negligence

b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

c. any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

22.2 Subject to clause 22.1, Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will not be responsible for:

a. indirect, consequential or unforeseeable loss

b. entries that are lost, delayed, deleted, corrupted or not received because of a platform, network, software, account or device failure

c. inaccurate information provided by an entrant or team

d. loss caused by failure to follow instructions or meet deadlines

e. incorrect kit details approved by the winning team

f. a team’s failure to obtain club, league or governing body approval

g. a preferred camp date or venue being unavailable

22.3 Entrants remain responsible for their own internet, device and participation costs.

22.4 Activ8Kids and Constructiv Clothing will take reasonable care when administering the competition and supplying the prizes.

  1. Suspension, amendment or cancellation

23.1 The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the competition where fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, legal requirements or events outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

23.2 Any decision to suspend, amend or cancel the competition must be reasonable and must not unfairly disadvantage valid entrants.

23.3 Material changes will be communicated through the original competition post and, where appropriate, the Activ8Kids website.

23.4 The Promoter will not change the closing date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.

  1. Conduct and disqualification

24.1 The Promoter may disqualify an entrant or team that:

a. breaches these terms

b. provides false information

c. attempts to manipulate the competition

d. uses automated or multiple accounts

e. harasses another entrant, judge, team, employee or partner

f. publishes unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or offensive content

g. infringes intellectual property rights

h. breaches platform rules

i. acts fraudulently or dishonestly

j. seriously damages the fair administration or integrity of the competition

24.2 Disqualification will be proportionate and based on reasonable evidence.

26.2 The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights an entrant may have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
