Your child’s safety is our number one priority
At Activ8Kids your child’s safety is our number one priority. Therefore all of our coaches are DBS enhanced, first aid qualified and fully trained in their fields. We are fully insured and continue to review and develop our health and safety policies to ensure a safe learning environment. We work in partnership with schools which are naturally child friendly venues and have procedures in place to safeguard any child in our sessions.
Every employee of Activ8Kids has vast experience working with children. All recruitment is strategically designed to allow us to employ a supremely high level of personnel. Our coaches regularly discuss openly health and safety policies to keep on top of any potential risks. We are very proactive in eliminating risk to the best of our ability. We hold regular training courses for each member of staff to obtain the best possible coaching methods and for each coach to pick up new fresh ideas from each other in our open working environment.
Peace of Mind
On all of our courses a child protection head coach is appointed who is responsible for the well being of every child. A first aider is also staffed who is fully trained and is equipped with a First Aid Kit that meets government standards.
We regularly monitor our staff working in schools through both observing their lessons and also keeping in regular contact with the Head-teacher and P.E co-coordinator in school. This is again to ensure that all pupils develop in a safe learning environment. All our coaches wear an Activ8Kids distinguished uniform for easy identification. Our insurance, DBS certificates and supporting documents are available upon request. We provide fun active exercise in the safest way possible.
